ofxOsc doesn't work in master branch

Actually, the problem seems to be that project generator isn't excluding the files especified in addon_config.mk

ADDON_SOURCES_EXCLUDE = libs/oscpack/src/ip/win32/%

excluding them manually from the project also works...
