New addon: ofxDepthCamera

Hi Jonas. I haven't written one yet, but it's on my todo list. You could try making one - they're pretty straightforward, and you can look at the existing ones for a starting point. For ofxMultiKinectV2, you'd want to also look at the example_registration project which includes the use of the GpuRegistration class. If you get anything working, feel free to send a pull request to the multikinectv2 branch. Otherwise I should be able to get to it soon and having your help to test would be great
