Goal: capture sound in Pc "A" and send it by UDP protocol to PC "B" and play it

Hello all people. I need Help. I have two code, code A capture sound codified it in a string (line 66), send it via UDP protocol to Pc "B". Here have the code B, he convert the received string in a array of float numbers (line 82), its copy buffer in pc "A".
I need play this buffer but not work.
