Raspberry Pi 2 Setup Guide

I have a bug report: compling an App (just a copy of the empty example) with the following addon.make file:

pi@raspberrypi ~/of_v0.9.0RC2_linuxarmv7l_release/apps/myApps/testA $ cat addons.make 
ofxGui
ofxXmlSettings

will hang and die. I am using Raspberry Pi 2 with Raspbian installed from NOOBS 1.4.2. This should be easily reproducable. Everything is default, including the GPU at 64.
