Extending ofxGui with new widgets

@fxlange that's awesome! I thought now that 0.9 will be released we could do a meetup in Berlin some day to discuss the strategy for ofxGui. I use the new version a lot now but some things are not as easy to handle and it's perhaps helpful to talk about this. @arturo what do you think?
