MSYS2 setup instructions

Hello,

I'm trying to compile the latest nightlies on a Windows 10 + msys2 box with no success. I manage to get the libOpenframeworksDebug.a library but it won't compile the Release lib.
Before filing a bug, I want to make sure that my setup of MSYS2 is correct...

Can you share instructions on how to setup MSYS2 to compile OF ?
